Pirwa Puno Hostel Edited: Sat, 28 Jan 2017

From the bus station

Pirwa Puno hostel is located in the center of Puno just 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas and only 7 minutes by car from the Terrestrial Terminal. Pirwa offers a free pick up service if you are arriving between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., just send us your arrival details (bus company name, place of departure, time of departure and time of arrival) to the email reservaspirwa@gmail.com and we will arrange your pick up. If you arrive outside these times, you can take a taxi once you get to the terminal, it is recommended to take the taxis with signs above them as they are registered and are safe.

From the airport of Juliaca

The airport Inca Manco Capac is located in the city of Juliaca, just an hour by car from Puno. The cheapest and easiest way to get there is by taking a bus that is located outside the airport a few meters away, there are buses every 20-30 minutes, the cost of the ticket is 15 soles Per person approximately. Although there are little cheaper local buses that you can also take, we do not recommend it since the terminal is far away from the airport. If you prefer to take a private taxi, you can also take one from the airport, and will cost between S / 70 and S / 80 soles.

From the train station.

The Peru Rail Station in Puno is located just 10 minutes walk from Pirwa Hostel Puno, Although it is quite close, the best is to take a taxi that will only cost S / 5 soles. If you are arriving between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and you have a reservation with us, we can pick you up for free, just send us your arrival time to our reservation mail.

Attention

Taxis registered are those with signs or phone number above. Many taxi drivers try to convince travelers to take them to other hostels where they receive commissions. Do not be fooled and indicate that you have a reservation in Pirwa. If you have booked with us you will have your room and if not, we always have additional beds for those who do not have a reservation.
