In this little blog we provide answers to the questions we receive from our guests and that will give you more reasons to you should stay with us during your trip to Cusco.

How to get to Pirwa Colonial?

Pirwa Colonial Hotel is located in the heart of the city of Cusco, on the Plaza San Francisco just 2 blocks from the Main Square of Cusco so you get is super easy:

      1.- From the airport

The airport Alejandro Velazco Astete Airport is 20 minutes away by taxi from the hostel. The most convenient way to get from this point is taking a taxi inside the airport who charged between S/20 to S/30 soles.

      2.- From the Bus Station.

In Cusco, most of the buses arrive to interprovincial a station that is called – Terrestrial Terminal, only cruz del Sur has a separate terminal but is located within walking distance of the terminal. If you’re arriving by Bus only you must take a taxi of those within the terminal that will cost you between S/.15 and S/.20 soles, taxis with signs above are the most secure.

Do you have pick up service from the airport or bus terminal?

Yes, the cost varies taking into account from where we will pick you up

from the airport: The cost is S/.30.00 soles (between 1 to 3 people per car) and from the bus terminal is S/.25.00 soles (between 1 to 3 people per car), to book with us please contact our central reservation by e-mail or our telephone Reservaspirwa@gmail.com 084244315 and the details of your flight if the pick up is from the airport (arrival time, flight number and name of the comània aerial) and if in case your pick up is from the terminal only let us know your arrival time and the name of the bus company with The you’re traveling.

How good is the location, there are places of interest near the Hostel?

The location is perfect, since the Hostel is in the center and one of the main squares in the city very close to everything, restaurants, markets, Atms, supermarkets and the Plaza Mayor is only 2 blocks away.

Another place of interest is the Central Market of San Pedro where you can get from crafts to local products in order to be able to experience in the kitchen of our Hostel demonstrating your culinary skills.

What account the Hostel facilities?

Pirwa Colonial Rule has several facilities including their shared kitchen which can be used by all our guests free of charge.

Our hostel also features a bar that serves from 17:00 hrs and offers a variety of drinks at the best prices giving you the opportunity to have fun, meet people and without spending a lot of that in the end is the idea of staying in a Hostel.

What is storage of luggage?

Special mention should be made of this service, which is very useful in organizing your trip, Pirwa Colonial Rule has a luggage store 100% safe and free of charge in which you will be able to leave your bags while you make your excursions.

If you have valuables such as cash or other, no problem you can leave in the custody of the reception of the Hostel.

From what I can schedule to check in? At what time is check out? Is it available late arrival?

In our Hostel schedules are established, the check in from 11:00 am and check out until 10:00 am however are not rigid and may vary depending on availability and season.

Do I need a bag / bedding?

No, Pirwa Hostels has as main objective to all our guests feel at home and only come to enjoy your vacation so within our costs include bed linen (sheets, pillows, pillowcases and quilt).

Do I need to bring my own towels?

In our Hostel we do not include towels but if you do not have an or forgot to bring a you can buy a new one in the market of San Pedro or you can rent one at the reception of the Hostel at a cost of S/. 4.00 soles per day. (This does not apply in the matrimonial rooms in which case if we include the towels within the price).
